Herbs

Herbs are a terrific plant to start with if you’re new to edible gardening. They grow faster and tend to have fewer pest-related problems than vegetables and fruits. Additionally, most herbs can be regularly harvested throughout the growing season. While the majority of herbs are annual, some varieties like Rosemary and Lavender can be grown as evergreens.
